Your care doesn’t have to be.

You’re Not Alone

Fatigue, mood changes, irregular periods, unexplained weight shifts — these aren’t things you just have to live with. Naturopathic care can help you explore what’s going on and find a path forward.

At Whole Medicine, we hear this story every day. And we want you to know: this does not have to be your story.

Thyroid concerns

Imagine this instead:

You wake up with steady energy. Your mood feels more balanced. Your skin is clearer—or the hot flashes that used to catch you off guard have finally eased. Whether you’re tracking your cycle or no longer have one, you finally understand what your body is doing—and why.

You feel strong, confident, and back in the driver’s seat. You have answers.

And maybe for the first time in a long time—you feel like yourself again.

This is what we help women do every single day. You don’t need to fight your body. You just need a guide who knows the way forward.

Our Clinical Philosophy

“No band-aid fixes. No more guessing.”

By investigating the ‘why’, we take the time to connect the dots between your unique experiences, detailed symptoms, and your health data. This allows us to build a strategic health plan to move you toward your goals.

This process is a collaborative partnership. Our goal is to give you clear answers, sustainable steps, and a renewed confidence in your health.

A different kind of hormone conversation

Many women come to us after being told their bloodwork is “normal” — but still not feeling well. We look beyond standard panels to understand the full hormonal picture, including advanced testing when appropriate.

Our naturopathic doctors take time to listen, connect the dots between your symptoms, and build a plan that fits your life — not a generic protocol.

Conditions we support

Our naturopathic doctors work with a wide range of hormonal health concerns, including:

PMS & Menstrual Health

We look at the hormonal patterns behind your cycle to address cramping, bloating, and mood shifts—moving beyond “just part of being a woman.”

Cramps · Mood changes · Irregular periods · Bloating

PCOS

Polycystic ovary syndrome affects many women differently. We take a whole-picture approach to understanding your hormonal patterns, metabolic health, and cycle irregularities — and explore naturopathic options that may support your goals.

Irregular cycles · Acne · Hair changes · Weight

Thyroid Health

Thyroid imbalances are frequently missed or undertreated on standard panels. We take a thorough approach to understanding how your thyroid may be affecting your energy, weight, and mood.

Fatigue · Weight changes · Brain fog · Hair thinning

Perimenopause

The years leading up to menopause can bring significant hormonal shifts — often long before a formal diagnosis. We work with women navigating this transition to understand what’s changing and explore supportive options.

Irregular cycles · Sleep changes · Mood shifts · Hot flashes

Menopause

Menopause is a natural transition — but that doesn’t mean the symptoms aren’t real or worth addressing. We offer both hormonal and non-hormonal naturopathic options, and work alongside your existing care team where appropriate.

Hot flashes · Night sweats · Low libido · Bone health

Hormonal Acne & Skin

Breakouts that follow your cycle, or that haven’t responded to topical treatments, are often rooted in hormonal patterns. We explore what may be contributing from the inside out.

Cycle-related acne · Skin changes · Androgens

Answer

No referral is needed. You can book directly online and choose the naturopathic doctor you’d like to work with.

Is naturopathic hormone care covered by OHIP?

Answer

Naturopathic care is not covered by OHIP, but is often covered in part by extended health benefit plans. We recommend checking with your provider. We can provide receipts for insurance purposes.

Answer

No referral is needed. You can book directly online and choose the naturopathic doctor you’d like to work with.

What can I expect when I get started?

Answer

Getting started begins with a thorough consultation with your naturopathic doctor to understand your health history, current concerns, and goals.
