Your First Visit

During your initial consultation, we will complete a full health history to assess your current health, your health needs, and any needed testing.

Your visit will be up to 50 minutes to allow us time to review your health goals and to work toward understanding the root cause of your health issues. If you have a complex medical history we recommend booking a comprehensive initial visit to allow up to 80-minutes to ensure the best of care.

Understanding you and your needs will help us to develop a personalized treatment plan, specific to your goals.

Follow Up Visits

Second visits involve another extended (50 minute) follow-up, where we reassess your plan, track your progress, and discuss the next steps in your treatment goals. We will also take the time to carefully review any test results and how it impacts your treatment plan.

Short or extended follow up visits are then scheduled on an as-needed basis to keep you on track and monitor your progress. The frequency and length of these visits depend on your health requirements.

What Should I Bring?

Please bring any copies of blood work results completed in the past 2 years.

We feel that it is important to look not only for normal ranges in blood work but to make sure that patients are in ‘optimal’ ranges for optimal health.
